Seller's Return and Refund Policy :

You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it. 14-day money-back guarantee from the delivery date. Please follow the procedure :

1. For any information request regarding returns, please contact us at : support@peafectly.com

2. Within 14 days after receiving your package. Your return must be mailed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the item.

3. We do not accept returns of merchandise except in the case of a defect attributable to the seller. In this case, the item will be replaced, subject to availability, or refunded at the buyer's choice.

4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, well packaged and in the same condition as when you received it, and its resale must not be affected. It must also be in its original packaging.

5. Gifts received cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

6. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. The tracking number and clear photos of the returned package are required after shipment by the buyer. Before returning an item, please photograph it for your records.

8. If the buyer does not receive their package after 3 months, they may contact the seller to find a solution.
